Was founded with the vision of empowering Filipino youth particularly from working-class families, by provident quality, accessible education that nurtures both personal growth and professional success,
The school was established as a response to the growing need for an educational institution that not only prepares students for the workforce but also instills the values necessary for them to contribute meaningfully to the society.
From its inception, STEP has been committed to transforming lives through education, helping students recognize their potential and preparing them to shape the future of the Philippines and the world. The school’s founder envisioned a learning environment that would focus on academic excellence, character development, and practical skills, while fostering curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
As the school grew, it adopted its guiding motto, this motto reflects STEP’s commitment to personal transformation and societal progress.

All incoming Grade 11 and Grade 12 transferee students for S.Y. 2025-2026 are welcome to apply
